The Foundation Council
Nine volunteers with backgrounds in law, social work, diplomacy, finance and education oversee the good governance of ISS Switzerland.

It ensures that the foundation’s statutes and mission are respected.
Strategic direction
It sets the main strategic directions and supports the management in implementing them.
Financial oversight
It approves the budget and the accounts, which are audited every year by an independent auditor.
