What we do
Fees and funding
ISS Switzerland is a public-benefit foundation. It receives financial contributions from the Confederation and the cantons so that it can offer its transnational services in all cantons.
Financial contributions from the Confederation and the cantons enable ISS Switzerland to maintain a professional structure, to run a free daily telephone helpline for individuals and professionals concerned by ISS’s areas of work, and to offer services on a scale adapted to the means of people who need information and support.
In addition to public contributions, ISS Switzerland relies on private donations from individuals and foundations. Billing for ISS Switzerland’s services depends on the canton of residence of the people concerned.

Billing for specialised services and projects
Costs for services provided under cantonal and reintegration projects are available on request.
French-speaking cantons and Ticino
Basic rates
- Brief consultations for individuals and professionals (under 1 hour): free of charge
- Mediation and child representation: CHF 200/hour.
